What is a QR Code

A QR code (quick-response code) is a type of two-dimensional matrix barcode, invented in 1994, by Japanese company Denso Wave for labelling automobile parts. It features black squares on a white background with fiducial markers, readable by imaging devices like cameras, and processed using Reed–Solomon error correction until the image can be appropriately interpreted. The required data is then extracted from patterns that are present in both the horizontal and the vertical components of the QR image. Whereas a barcode is a machine-readable optical image that contains information specific to the labeled item, the QR code contains the data for a locator, an identifier, and web-tracking. To store data efficiently, QR codes use four standardized modes of encoding:
(1) numeric,
(2) alphanumeric,
(3) byte or
(4) binary, and
(5) kanji.
Compared to standard UPC barcodes, the QR labeling system was applied beyond the automobile industry because of faster reading of the optical image and greater data-storage capacity in applications such as product tracking, item identification, time tracking, document management, and general marketing.

We are using a QR CODE to display a person's information in case he or she cannot speak for themself. The information that will be provided is as follows.

What Happens when my information change?

At QR MY INFO your QR CODE is linked to your I.D. or Passport Number for the rest of your living life. Nobody can get your QR CODE. When your information changes, we will change that information for you. Your QR CODE will never change no matter how many times your information changes. No need for a new ID Card every time your information changes. YOUR INFORMATION MIGHT CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME BUT YOUR QR CODE WILL NEVER EVER CHANGE.

Children

In case a child gets lost or injured the I.D. Card will provide relevant information from contact details, next of kin contact details as well as medical information and current medication taken. So many times, medical staff are forced to administer medication and not sure if that person will have an allergic reaction that could be the cause of death. The ID CARD will give medical staff all the information they need to treat the patient to the best of their ability.      

Adults

In case of an Adult getting in a medical or emergency situation and cannot speak for him or herself the ID CARD will provide vital information to Police or Medical Staff to treat the situation the correct way. So many times, medical staff are forced to administer medication and not sure if that person will have an allergic reaction that could be the cause of death. The ID CARD will give medical staff all the information they need to treat the patient to the best of their ability.

In the case of a person suffering from Alzheimer's Disease or Dementia Disease the ID CARD will provide vital contact information to re-connect them with their loved ones.
